Few see, or at least know that they're looking at, this Nosferatu, who is a master of infiltration and subterfuge. Very little happens at an Elysium and he not know of it. For that matter, very little happens in the city, despite his size, and him not know of it. His web of spies from his clan, are the most sacred resource to the Prince, who grants much leeway to the Nosferatu clan in exchange. Though young by the standards of the other Elders of the city, there is little doubt that this unseen figure ranks as one of the most powerful.
