New game and all, there will be those of you who desire these positions. To be the powerhouse of your Clan or the City itself, with powers far above and beyond the most powerful of Neonates.
No problem, you're welcome to play the part if you message me, coming across as someone who actually could play the part. However, the following rules apply to anyone in an initial position of power (vs those that gain them via gameplay). Character is handed to you; no creation allowed. You never gain XP for that character ever. You do not kill any players xcept in self-defense. Most importantly; this means you're taking on the active role of an NPC, that means you also become a Moderator and help the storytelling; spending most of your gaming time sitting in some other role.
If you can handle that, then sitting on the Primogen Council, or running around as a Sheriff, is fine by me.
